Tx200 Super Deluxe Survival Kit

Price: $79.00
Prod. Code: TSSSAS

TX200 Survival Kit- MK3  FAC.

Supplied in the kit.

1. Set of TX Custom Breech seals-High Heat

2. Compression tube internal O'ring. 2.5 times the heat range of the factory part. Its also slightly larger to seal the varied tube sizes. No sizing required. I prefer epoxy or sealant to Loctite on the threads.

3. Our machined tool steel cocking shoe. I have made it longer so that it can be hand fitted to your gun tightly. You can file it, grind it or sand it slightly to get a tight fit. The front of the shoe that is closest to the barrel end is the end to alter. This is one tedious part to machine. The factory part is sintered and the gaps left with the factory part impede lockup and contribute to many of the TX woes. Fit it as tight as you can and sometimes you need to remove only 3 thou. from it. Check and recheck often.

I have rust proofed these with a process like GM uses. It takes on a flashy bronze look, and rust no more. (aqueous rust proofing)

4. Note- To complete your kit look at our Apex small piston seal for oversized tubes and the Hornet seal for the tighter ones. One each is now supplied with this kit.

5. New Arctic SG Mainspring. This spring was designed for the new TX200's with the .558-.560 OD guides ( latest model) The spring is .560 ID x 30 coils x 128 wire.

It will fit older UK guides and many Maccari Apex-Volcanix guides. It is wound in house from the finest wire and goes through 7 days of processing thereafter. Each is pre-set and ready to install on your guns guides. Kit buyers will have the option to buy spare springs in the future- consumer quantity only.

With TX's the public wants a magic spring. A Magic spring is of no use unless the mechanism is sound. Without a good lockup and sealing you will just go through spring after spring. This kit is the most complete TX package in the World. I shake my head when I see those that avoid this and buy other springs here and even cut them. The TX crowd is prone to whatever can be jammed in cheaply is the fix- wrong. It's obvious.............
