The best way to order is by going online and using our secured server with a valid Visa-MasterCard. If you are ordering small items usually under 2 pounds we will ship by surface mail for the flat rate of $12 Foreign. If you are in a hurry select the $20 air expedited foreign shipping rate.
On these small orders we ship promptly. However be warned if you select the $12 rate you may receive your items just as fast as if you payed the air rate. I have seen countries get these orders in 3 or 4 days. However I have seen remote areas take 30-60 days. We can not supply any tracking information on these small orders. If you want tracking numbers and all of the good stuff that comes with first class service-it cost dearly. Sure I can use Fed Ex or UPS and three weeks after you get the order you will get a brokerage charge from these companies and a bill for customs. Sometimes its pretty expensive. So I use USPS ( basic postal service) and know the ropes as I have been shipping to foreign countries for years on a daily basis. It's the cheapest with no hidden fee's. But when you select the basic rates please do not email for tracking numbers and ask me daily when your items will arrive. You did not pay for this service and I do not have the details, as they are not offered in most cases.
For rifles, stock blanks etc. Select the flate rate $8 shipping charge and we will charge you the exact fee the day we ship. If you select air freight we can supply you with a tracking number and details. When you place these type of orders that are above 2 pounds in weight, please email after you order and specify surface or air mail. One is for the item you ordered and the other is for the shipping fee.
Stocks by air to Europe average $25-$35 each. Often 5 or 6 can be sent for $60-$75. You may email ahead for a shipping quote.

WHY DO I NOT INSURE FOREIGN-DOMESTIC PARCELS?
It's Simple- Some people put a huge value on items far above what they are worth. One man sent me his RWS34 to tune about 10 years ago and put an insured value on it at $2,000. Pure Nonsense. Even if you work for a big shipping company and get free shipping and insurance-never do this when sending any item to another country. Why? If the item is worth $200 and you insure it for $5,000, Customs will look at the insured value and base their fee on that $5,000 leaving you a huge customs bill. I'm serious. So if you require insurance, please keep this in mind.
If you do not go with insurance that is fine and cheapest. However, if an empty box or letter arrives than you have no recourse at all. I will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise unless the parcel is insured. No exceptions.

Update 7-2004- ITALY
Italy is receiving horrible mail service using our economy rate-often months go by before delivery. Oddly it's either one week delivery or 3-4 months-who knows why? I suggest you pick the air rate and if it cost less I will only charge you the amount we are billed. I can not be responsible for Italian orders sent by the economy rate. We ship promptly but in Italy it's either customs or poor mail delivery?
